house is located within the Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge
in Punta Uva. It is approximately 3 minutes from the beautiful
beaches of Punta Uva and Playa Grande. With wide and open
oceanviews on the front side and deep and intimate primary
forest views on the backside, this is an experience you will
never forget!
The design and layout of this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home
allow for maximal experience with nature and your surroundings.
The 'open style bathrooms' with privately landscaped gardens
face the primary forest unlike anything you may have experienced.
The kitchen and dining room also allows for simultaneous views
of the rainforest and the ocean. The bedrooms are enclosed
and fully protected by screens - so you can sleep comfortably
at night. Ceilings fans allow you to control the temperature
- though most nights are actually cool and you won't need
them!
This is also a bird watching paradise - where you are guaranteed
to see more toucans than anywhere else during your vacation
in Costa Rica. The monkeys come within 10 feet of your bedroom
and make for a memorable wake up call early in the mornings! |

Cancellation
Policy |
If you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We
will refund the balance of your deposit, less any banking fees,
within 2 weeks of your request. If you cancel within 30 days
of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available.
Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation,
no refund is available. |
