At Casa Virginie, guests enjoy a truly typical Caribbean Beach House with rustic simplicity and colorful rooms that exemplify the Caribbean culture and lifestyle.
Casa Virginie is a spacious newly renovated large 3 bedroom house located ideally just 200 steps from the cove at the spectacular Punta Uva beach. A great house for families or groups of friends that want to enjoy the easy access to the beaches.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each individually painted in pastel Caribbean colors. Each bedroom is fully screened and includes modern ceiling fans and shelves for your personal items.
The house comes with an over sized large laptop sized safe to safeguard your personal belongings.
The bathrooms are spacious, newly renovated and tiled. We offer real hot water - not the typical "suicide electrical shower heads". All towels (beach and bathroom) are included with the house.
The yard displays an assortment of tropical palms and flowering plants on 1/2 acre of privacy with numerous visits by many birds. Behind the house sits the lush jungle where guests are assured to witness a few morning wake ups by visiting monkeys. Meander on the the private foot path to the beach and enjoy that outdoor shower when you return to rinse off or cool down.
A full time caretaker lives on the property in a small house next door and will be able to help you with anything during your stay.
Casa Virginie is a fully equipped house specially designed for vacationers that are looking for the beach lifestyle while visiting Costa Rica's Caribbean Coast.

Cancellation
Policy |
If you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We
will refund the balance of your deposit, less any banking fees,
within 2 weeks of your request. If you cancel within 30 days
of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available.
Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation,
no refund is available. |
