A 3 bedroom luxury canopy and ocean view home on a private hilltop in Playa Chiquita. A special spot for bird watchers and nature enthusiasts.
The bedrooms are not air tight so if you require mosquito netting, we will provide them.
The road leading to the villa is around 500 meters and kind of steep hence the 4x4, but it is still walking distance to the beach of Playa Chiquita [great for young kids], restaurants and grocery stores. |

Cancellation
Policy |
If you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We
will refund the balance of your deposit, less any banking fees,
within 2 weeks of your request. If you cancel within 30 days
of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available.
Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation,
no refund is available. |
