The first floor of the villa has a big living room opened to a large veranda and a luxury fully equipped kitchen. Here you find as well two bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen-size four poster bed), a toilet and a separate sun terrace and lounge area. To access the master bedroom, go down to a tropical interior garden to the ground floor and enter the master bedroom with a walk-in closet (dry room) and a wide access to a Hammam like bathroom with a huge shower. The laundry room is also on the ground floor including a washing machine and a dryer. There is a separate unit ideal for 2 persons which can be rented together with the villa (not separate). It exists of an extra bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom with hot shower and patio with hammock. In the lush tropical garden you can find a gazebo with barbecue where one can enjoy in silence the beauty of the rain forest, while having a drink or some food. The Toucan, the Howler monkeys, the sloths and many birds like to accompany you in this beautiful hideaway just a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica; Playa Cocles, Playa Chiquita and Playa Punta Uva. From the villa it is also just minutes walk to a couple of nice restaurants with a variety of local and international dishes and a supermarket for the daily groceries. Cancellation Policy	If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We will refund the balance of your deposit, less any banking fees, within 2 weeks of your request. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available. Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation, no refund is available.
