This beautiful, modern Balinese, luxury dwelling is located just steps from the white, sandy beach of Playa Chiquita.
This gem is set in a very small, private community on a cul de sac road. It is surrounded by amazing, flamboyant nature, many birds to watch every day, toucans and monkeys. The property is limited on one side by a creek.
The floor plan concept of this house was specially conceived for vacationing comfort. Its unique distribution allows for easy circulation and complete privacy. It features two large, complete suits, each at opposite side of the house and each with a private terrace, which communicate to the main living area, one large mezzanine bedroom (300sqft) and one small bedroom.
The central part of the house features 20 feet high ceiling, gourmet kitchen, dining room and a living room with a wrap around view of the garden, seen through 10 ft. tall, sliding glass doors behind which extends 800 sq ft of teak deck.
Bedrooms feature large closets with built in furniture, drawers, shelves, etc., private terrace, on suite bathrooms. Bathrooms laid with marble, exotic hardwood floors in bedrooms.

Cancellation
Policy |
If you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We
will refund the balance of your deposit, less any banking fees,
within 2 weeks of your request. If you cancel within 30 days
of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available.
Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation,
no refund is available. |
